Worry-free plastic injection molding process

If you work with RCT MFG, you can be assured that you’ll have the very best plastic injection molding products possible. We take each step of the plastic injection process very seriously. Before we start on the actual injection process, we take the time to double check that our materials are of the highest quality. We also make sure that we have all our client’s specifications up to scratch. As a precaution, we always ask our client’s whether the dimensions of our molds are up to their standards. We never start the actual plastic injection mold process, before we have your full confirmation. This allows us to make the necessary modifications, before we start manufacturing your products.
With our wide array of mold tooling capabilities, we are more than able to fulfill any design that our client’s ask for. We are fully equipped with the right tools and equipment, to give our client’s what they want.
Once we have your design and confirmation, we could start on the actual manufacturing process. We have a streamlined process that allows us to create thousands of copies from your molds. With these key advantages, you will be assured of a worry-free plastic injection service.

Finishes For Injection Molded Parts

Our finishing services include surface texturing, painting, laser etching, and more. We can also provide custom color matching to ensure that your parts are the exact color you need.

Standard Finish

Usually SPI B-2 Standard. The standard finishwill have your parts delivered as molded with no significant cosmetic inputs on interior facing and non-aesthetic sections of your part.

Silk Screening

Add vibrant graphics and essential information directly onto your injection molded parts. Ideal for branding and labeling, adhering to the ASTM D5486 standard for screen printing quality.

Pad Printing

Ideal for transferring intricate designs onto your plastic parts, ensuring high-quality branding on even the most complex surfaces.

Laser Engraving

An excellent choice for serial numbers, logos, and custom designs on your plastic components, meeting the standards of ISO 11553

Benefits of Using Professional Plastic Injection Molding Services

  • Cost Savings: Professional plastic injection Plastic for medical industrymolding companies like RCT MFG can help you save money by creating large quantities of parts quickly and cost-effectively. The molded plastic produced through this process is more durable than other manufacturing methods, so it stands up to wear and tear better with less risk of damage or breakdown.
  • Streamlined Production: Molded plastic parts are consistent in size, shape, and texture, ensuring that each piece is identical to the next one produced. This helps streamline production since complex shapes can be made with minimal effort, eliminating the need for additional assembly.
  • Precision: Professional plastic injection molding services make parts accurate down to the last detail, using a process designed specifically for high-precision projects. This ensures that your parts meet exact specifications and have a professional finish.
  • Efficiency: When you use professional services, you get high-quality parts quickly and efficiently since there is no need to manually assemble small pieces or worry about inconsistencies in shape or size. The molded plastic components also require less energy to produce than metal components, making them more energy-efficient in production.
  • Versatility: Plastic mold injection can make various parts for different applications. It can also quickly produce complex shapes and forms, making it an ideal option for intricate designs. From medical equipment to toys, injection molded plastics can be used in various industries.

Additional Services & Capabilities

We realize that sometimes, injection molding just isn’t enough. We offer the following services to help you put the finishing touches on your product.

Hot Stamping: Put your logo or a decal on the part

Sonic Sealing/Sonic Welding: Using ultrasonic frequencies to weld two plastic components together or insert metal component into plastic

Metal fittings: Putting a piece of metal inside of a hole. Can be used with Sonic Sealing/Welding or Overmolding.

CNC Machining: Typically used for putting holes in the part that can’t be molded in, or for changing a feature. For example, if a part that is 4 inches needs to be 3 inches, instead of making a new tool, the extra inch is machined off.

Assembly & Packaging: We’ll help you with everything and anything you need to get ready for shipping. We’ll even print the labels for you.
